“Corsa” is a term that means race or running, but it carries more associations with freedom than with speed. It symbolizes spontaneity in movement and expression, a striving for liberation, and a natural desire for pleasure.
The premiere of the Sessantasette 67 Corsa is scheduled for May 22nd. This new model represents an upgrade from the previous version, the Sessantasette 67 yacht, which the shipyard launched in 2022. However, differences between the two vessels are immediately noticeable, especially when comparing their profiles. The superstructure of the Corsa model is lighter, with a third deck featuring a flybridge layout that highlights the yacht’s sporty character, particularly with its protruding platform and red details.
The section of the cockpit protected by the upper deck is deep and completely open at the stern to provide an unobstructed view of the sea or marina. On the sides, two large windows with electrical opening mechanisms create a magical play of light and shadow that is highly striking, while also contributing to natural ventilation. To make this richly equipped space as pleasant as possible, cooling vents have been installed to keep the interior comfortable during warm days. Further aft, behind the area covered by the flybridge, lies a spacious sunpad with cushions level with the sofas, allowing an unhindered view of the sea. The sunpad features no fixed backrest; instead, adaptable cushions offer additional seating next to a removable, rotating table.
The main deck interior is designed as an open space with three distinct zones: a living area, a fully equipped galley, and the helm station. The living area connects to the aft deck via elegant glass doors. On the starboard side, at the dashboard level, there is access to the side decks. These side decks, together with the fully open door on the galley side and the electrically operated companionway hatch, provide outstanding natural ventilation throughout the interior.
The master cabin extends across the full beam of the boat, with a double bed positioned in the center. In addition to a wardrobe, the suite features a seating area with armchairs and a small table, as well as a spacious bathroom. In the three-cabin version, the master cabin also includes a workspace facing outward to make the most of natural light. The VIP cabin and the guest cabin are equally spacious, both featuring en-suite bathrooms and double beds. Instead of the workspace connected to the master cabin, you can choose a fourth cabin configured with bunk beds.
